Saint Matthew’s Episcopal School has a long-standing commitment to the arts. In its twelfth year, the Spring Art Show has evolved into an outstanding event for the students, their families, and the community. Art Under the Oaks is scheduled for Friday, March 20. This special evening will feature student artwork for sale, an auction with beautiful artwork from local artists, special projects made by each class, VIP experiences for students, and some great specialty items.
We are streamlining the process for our sponsors to contribute by offering online payment options. You can click the link below or reply to this email to sponsor our event. We also accept payments by Venmo or check. Your contributions to this fundraiser will allow us to continue to operate a school where our children feel safe, loved, and celebrated. Art Under the Oaks is an excellent opportunity for local businesses and individuals to promote and market their businesses, products, or services while supporting education and the arts in the Houma-Terrebonne community. All sponsor payments must be submitted by February 27, to be on the event t-shirt and event banner. Sponsorships received after this date will still be included in the other materials according to the sponsor level. Each tier of sponsorship affords the sponsor unique levels of visibility at the event and throughout the community.
Businesses may also donate goods or services to be auctioned at the event, and artists can donate works of art to be auctioned at the silent auction. All donations are tax deductible.
I hope that you will seriously consider this wonderful opportunity to partner with Saint Matthew’s as we strive to make the school and our community stronger. You, your families, and your friends are invited to join us for Art Under the Oaks on March 20.
